This role is about:
We are looking for a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Support specialist to assist our CDD team in managing merchant applications and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will play a crucial role in handling documentation, verifying data accuracy, and facilitating smooth interactions between internal teams and external partners

Location:  in Limassol Office

Reporting to: Head of Client Management

What you will do:

  • Handle Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) applications and coordinate setups with relevant providers.
  • Ensure the accurate input of fee schedules within internal systems.
  • Oversee the preparation, completion, and processing of contracts, annexes, addendums, and related documents with merchants and partners.
  • Issue invoices related to fees, including onboarding fees and high-risk registration fees.
  • Ensure the correct setup of Merchant Identification Numbers (MIDs).
  • Conduct cross-checks of data input across internal systems, verifying fees and MID setups.
  • Manage merchant registrations with Mastercard.
  • Create and track technical support tickets related to account activations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: Background in Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in CDD/KYC processes within the financial services or payments industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory frameworks in relevant jurisdictions.
