Client Data Analyst - ECM Alpha

The Role:

We are looking for a Client Data Analyst with a critical mindset to join our dynamic team and help us build and maintain our product with a high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse incoming emails and identify actionable data.

· Perform data cleansing and analysis based on client requests, SLAs, process guide and judgement calls.

· Ensure all data uploaded in a timely manner and best practices are followed.

· Implement automated steps (I.e. excel macros, BALER).

· Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues accordingly.

· Ensure security best practices are followed and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.

· Troubleshoot and resolve client data related issues in a timely manner.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data cleaning process.

Skills Required:

· Solid experience with Microsoft Excel.

· High monotony tolerance and ability to catch nuance differences.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Fluent English language.

· Experience with financial business.

· Qualifications on Microsoft Office product.

· Good team player who is demanding on their work.
