Job Description
iA Auto and Home Insurance is looking for a Communications Advisor specializing in property and casualty insurance to join the Commercialization and Analytical Marketing team. In this role, you will be in charge of communications and content writing aimed at improving the client experience, as well as developing the content strategy for iA Auto and Home Insurance.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Write various client communications and content (insurance documents, blog articles, promotional emails, user interface texts, FAQs, letters, etc.).
- Oversee the content strategy and its evolution, including collaboration on internal and external SEO initiatives.
- Work with the internal marketing agency to plan and create organic content (specific to property and casualty insurance) for social media.
- Contribute to the development of digital tools by writing interface texts (e.g., online quote questions, client portal forms, etc.).
- Define terminology guidelines and simplify communications related to property and casualty insurance to enhance the customer experience.
- Support marketing campaigns by assisting commercialization advisors in writing informative, advertising, and promotional content.
- Manage content approvals, revisions, and translations with the relevant stakeholders.
- Address various communication and writing needs for our clients, distribution networks, and internal partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, writing, marketing, or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content strategy management.
- Passion for customer experience and content simplification.
- Knowledge of best practices in web writing and organic SEO.
- Fluency in french in order to create and revise content.
- Curious, organized, and autonomous personality.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance (an asset).
- Technical expertise in SEO (an asset).
