The Client Engagement 3 Divisions team is responsible of knowing, engaging and loyalizing CHANEL’s database of Clients in Italy. In her/his role, the Client Analyst 3 Divisions will be supporting the Client Engament team for a dedicated mission, focusing on the following topics:1.EVENTS TARGETING & COMMUNICATIONAll along 2025, in Italy several events across the Divisions will take place to recruit new clients and retain & pamper local top clients. The Client Analyst 3 Divisions (mission) will support the team in all aspects related to Targeting, Client Communication (both 1-1, 1-Few and 1-Many if planned), follow up of key client KPIs and post event analysis of clients insights.2. CLIENTS INTELLIGENCE & INSIGHTSSupporting the team in providing relevant insights to the business stakeholders (monthly clients insights, clienteling monitoring and client communication analysis), for each division and 3 divisions. Develop when needed ad hoc analysis for a deeper understanding of Italian clients database and clients’ development activations across divisions.3. GIFTINGSupporting the team in local guidelines development for what concerns the Gifting strategy (F&B and W&FJ) hand in hands with the business teams, as well as follow up of clients touchpoints registrations in Clienteling tools and performance analysis.REQUIREMENTS:•Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights•Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy•Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously•Previous experience in a CRM or analytics role, preferably in a luxury brand or similar environment•Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders•Strong understanding of customer behavior and market segmentation•Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools and CRM reporting•Fluency in English and Italian; French is a plus
