Job Description
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Administrator within our Client Services team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Client Services team and provide administration services to the business.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Timely completion of investor and auditor requests
- Oversee the preparation and completion process of Client deliverables including agreeing timetables with Clients, and thereafter monitoring progress against these to ensure deliverables are on track
- Maintain and review investor regulatory records
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with client and entity onboarding processes
- Maintaining investor contact details by updating systems accordingly and liaise with clients and investors as required
- Contribute ideas to improve processes to either gain efficiencies or reduce risk
- Preparation of assigned tasks ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery for review
- Mailbox management
- Ensure accurate use of workflow management tool
- Ad hoc Client Services administration duties including but not limited to monitoring the payment process, including completion of payment set up templates and liaising with the payments team to ensure timely payment of notices

Qualifications
Required Experience
Education / professional qualifications
- Minimum of 5 passed GCSE’s (or equivalent)
Background experience
- Preferred one-year finance administrative experience
Computer / program knowledge
- Proficient in suite of Microsoft packages including excel
