Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Aitheras LLC is looking for a Quality Control Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained in all IT project deliveries. The candidate will have experience in overseeing project quality assurance strategies and implementing improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization.
- Establish and maintain a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
- Conduct formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical, or business management disciplines.
- Experience in quality control management within IT projects, preferably in government or DoD programs.
- Ability to coordinate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of IT projects.
- Secret Clearance Required.
