The Role
As a Cleared Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various initiatives across operations, customer success, sales, and compliance. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work across departments.
Responsibilities
- Support key operational initiatives across departments including customer success, sales, and compliance.
- Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with process optimization and automation to increase efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks.
- Maintain compliance documentation and assist in audits as needed.
Relevant Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in SaaS or tech environment
- DoD Top Secret Level Clearance
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working across departments to execute complex initiatives.
- Experience building a strong internal culture and leading internal initiatives.
- Ability to work with customers and build and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
- Data-driven with the ability to track operational performance and make improvements.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
