Job Title: Customer Support IT Specialist

Aitheras LLC requires a Customer Support IT Specialist to provide technical support and solutions to government application problems, particularly with GOTS applications like ARIMS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in product demonstrations, conduct government training, and interface directly with product development.
- Relate company and third-party products to specific IT disciplines and guide during implementation.
- Modify GOTS applications based on government requirements and provide time estimates for needed modifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a specialized field.
- Knowledgeable of GOTS applications, Microsoft SQL, and .NET framework.
- Experience with IT support and services for government application development.
- Secret Clearance Required.
