Job Description:

Summary
This position processes payments and identifies resolution to all violations Ryder receives from city, county, and state jurisdictions across the US. The role is responsible for processing payments for incurred violations and accurate billing to customer in possession of vehicle at time of infraction. Individuals in this role will serve as customer liaison between customer and jurisdiction to resolve dispute resolutions with billing. The position works closely with Ryder field partners, customers and other departments to identify and appropriately address customer concerns, billing disputes, provide education, attend conference calls and meetings as needed.
Essential Functions

  • Properly sort, pay, and bill citations as received ensuring paid on time and not incurring penalties or interest for late payments.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers to resolve open citations received, billing questions and all other items related to citation issues.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable intermediate required
  • Workday beginner preferred

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Three (3) years or more in Accounts Payable preferred
  • One (1) year or more Customer Service required
  • MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. (Excel knowledge to include vlookups, pivot tables, working with large amounts of data) intermediate required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable intermediate required
  • Workday beginner preferred

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
