Job Summary:
The facility CIP Coordinator has the responsibilities of operating and maintaining the CIP systems for filling and processing. They will also monitor the plants master sanitation and report all findings to the leadership team. Additional duties may be assigned throughout different areas of the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining the sanitizing and CIP systems for both the filling and processing areas. Also be able to verify all circuits through CIP validations.
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions relating to Sanitation procedures.
- Create, maintain, audit the master sanitation program at set time intervals.
- Develop, implement, train and audit SSOP's, OPL's relative to sanitation procedures as needed.
- Conduct monthly audits of the Pest Control program.
- Assist in the sanitary teardown of plant equipment (both processing and filling).
- Maintain foaming and sanitizing hose stations and central units.
- Responsible for auditing CIP/COP chemical strengths and reporting necessary adjustments to leadership.
- Communicate issues with chemicals to chemical representative. As needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all foot foamers and footbaths. Also responsible for refilling foamers and foot foamers as needed.
- Assist with customer trials, visits and audits as needed.
- Clean and sanitize all floor drains. Daily
- Clean CIP rooms on a regular basis as per the master sanitation plan. This includes, but is not limited to, removing empty barrels, foaming, and scrubbing floors, maintaining organization, etc.
- Perform weekly chemical inventory, create PO, follow up with vendors for status.
- Receive the chemical orders physical and in SAP and respond to accounting inquiries regarding invoice discrepancies.
- Perform maintenance of hoses, nozzles, and tips. Enter work orders for any equipment that requires maintenances attention. As needed
- Assist with general housekeeping duties within the department.
- Assist with sanitation and chemical training of new clean up partners and new hires including proper use of PPE, reading and interpretation MSDS for chemicals. As needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance task such as regular valves, gaskets, flow meters, conductivity meters, level controls, as needed 2 hrs
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills:
High school diploma or GED. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sanitation preferred. Mechanical aptitude helpful. Able to comprehend a Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams also helpful.
Salary Range: $45,610 - $59,860
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
