Supports the Factory/Market to achieve targets and sustain the gains through WCO implementation, coordinating, coaching, training and supporting all WCO activities. Collaboration with the Segment Head of WCO and WCO network.
I. PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF JOB
Provide change management leadership and Lean Six Sigma expertise needed in the Huhtamaki Continuous Improvement Process. Working with all levels of management, the Black Belts facilitate cost savings and quality improvement projects within the operations cost centers, business groups, or corporate functions.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Description of Function
Plan and lead Lean Six Sigma BB projects
Organize and facilitate Lean CI events.
Deliver effective process and financial business improvements.
Manage and coach Six Sigma GB projects.
Plan and communicate CI initiatives and results with management staff.
Document CO program, update CI database, conduct project report outs.
Perform process measurement, and data mining.
Assist organization with project selection and prioritization.
Other duties as assigned.
III. OTHER FUNCTIONS

Hands on participation with project Lean Six Sigma events and projects. Communicate and interact with all levels of organization. Facilitate team building, organizational leadership, and change management best practices.

IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Skills/knowledge
Communication Skills (listening, verbal, written). Analytical / Research Skills, Computer/Technical Literacy, Flexibility/Adaptability/Manage Multiple Priorities, Interpersonal abilities, Leadership/Management Skill, Multicultural Sensitivity, Planning/Organizing Skills, Problem Solving/Reasoning Skills, Teamwork.
Experience/education
Bachelor degree or equivalent, minimum of 6 years of Industrial experience, minimum to 2 years in a leadership position. Demonstrated successful project management experience.
Physical effort and dexterity
