We are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a key partner to the CEO, working cross-functionally to execute on critical initiatives and support organizational efficiency and growth. This versatile role will involve close collaboration with the executive team, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience at a leadership level and is a proactive problem solver with strong strategic thinking, communication, and data analysis skills, who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities across the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Drive key business processes, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board updates, to ensure focus and accountability and relieve operational burden on the leadership team, particularly the CEO.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge across departments—Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success—to align teams, remove roadblocks, and drive business outcomes.
- Marketing Leadership: Provide interim oversight and direction for the Marketing team in close coordination with the CEO.
- Metrics & Insights: Define and oversee OKRs & KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
- Executive Communications: Support the CEO with preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and public presentations, driving clear and compelling messaging.
- Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-impact, CEO-driven initiatives such as go-to-market strategy, investor updates, and key partnerships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Background in enterprise sales is highly desired. Marketing skills are nice to have.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to break down problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact with leadership, customers, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to solving problems and influencing decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or experience in a role in the CEO's office or leadership a plus.
