Your Impact

  • Team Liaison: Serve as the chief of staff for the Finance team and coordinate day-to-day interaction between the CFO and the Finance team.
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and expense reporting. Ensure that the CFO’s time is used effectively and efficiently.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination & Preparation: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure that all relevant materials and information are available to the CFO ahead of meetings.
  • Document Management: Prepare and review financial reports, presentations, and other documents for the CFO. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
  • Project Management: Assist in the management of key initiatives and projects within the finance department. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, including organizing events, tracking budgets, and assisting with office management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with an ability to anticipate the needs of the CFO office.

Remote USA Position

  • Salary range of $90,000-135,000 Annual. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors.
