Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This role focuses on three core pillars—onboarding, learning, and performance management—to ensure a seamless employee experience from day one and beyond. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and passionate about developing and implementing HR initiatives and digitalization efforts.

In this role, you will manage administrative tasks and be part of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Help with design and Implementation of Onboarding Programs: development of onboarding programs and processes that effectively introduce new hires to the ARCHIMED culture, values, and policies.
  • Engage in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and supportive integration experience, including administrative follow-up and coordination new hire orientation

Learning & Development:

  • Identify Training Needs: Collaborate with managers to assess skill gaps and identify appropriate learning opportunities.
  • Manage Training plan and training Programs: Coordinate the planning, delivery, administration of internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives, be the key user and administrator of our LMS.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives, adjusting programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Performance Management:

  • Support Performance Processes: Assist in the administration of talent management processes to support employee growth.
  • Be thekey userand administratorof ARCHIMEDperformance management tool.


Requirements
  • Master degree  in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Bilingual French
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Ability to balance people-oriented initiatives with administrative tasks, requiring strong organizational, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with technology tools 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and manage confidential information with respect
