WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

You will lead the relationships with the channel partners in Central-Eastern Europe and the development and implementation of strategies for the growth of the distribution business in the area.

  • Building and maintain relationships with existing and new distribution partners
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for both new and existing product portfolios.
  • Drive the achievement of assigned budgets
  • Partner with Hoffman’s Regional Account Managers to implement and successfully complete the regional distribution growth sales plans
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns
  • Analyse competitive market intelligence and trends, while adapting and refining the business strategies.
  • Establish, ensure and sustain a clear communication strategy with our partners and as well, ensure our B2B customer and strategically market focused approach

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social, financial or engineering domains in preferred
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in B2B roles, Sales, Advanced Purchasing
  • Confirmed B2B and complex task management/ project management skills
  • Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing or related domain is an advantage
  • Electrical functioning, HW, SW basic understanding
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel) package
  • Proficiency in English language written and spoken (C1 as per EU levels)
  • The role might require traveling up to 25%
