Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Channel Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through our channel partners by providing expert technical support, enablement, and content creation.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and possess a passion for empowering partners to succeed.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between our product and our partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and successful deployments.

Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement:

o Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for channel partners, including product demonstrations, installation procedures, troubleshooting, and best practices.

o Create and maintain partner-facing technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and quick start guides.

o Conduct regular onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth and effective introduction to our products and processes.

Recurring Office Hours & Direct Support:

o Host regular virtual office hours to provide real-time technical support and address partner inquiries.

o Provide pre-sales technical support to partners, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with solution design.

o Offer post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring successful customer deployments.

o Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, working closely with internal engineering and support teams.

Demo Video and Content Creation:

o Develop and produce engaging demo videos showcasing product features, functionalities, and use cases.

o Create compelling technical content, including blog posts, white papers, and presentations, to support partner sales and marketing efforts.

o Maintain a library of up-to-date sales engineering tools and demo environments.

Sales Collaboration:

o Work closely with the channel sales team to identify and qualify new partner opportunities.

o Provide technical expertise during partner meetings and presentations.

o Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

o Gather and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape future product development.

Technical Proficiency:

o Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape.

o Stay up to date on the latest technologies and best practices related to our product offerings.

o Develop and maintain a strong understanding of partner technical environments.

Travel:

o Travel is required in this role.
