We are looking for an experienced Channel Partner to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive growth and revenue. You will be focused on growing the channel partners portfolio, supporting Tapcheck’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel partnerships support to a portfolio of assigned partners.

You will play a crucial role in expanding Tapcheck’s market presence and driving revenue through indirect sales channels. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Build new relationships with sales representatives at our partner companies and strengthen existing connections with our channel partners 
  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and set performance objectives
  • Ensure channel partners have a deep understanding of Tapcheck’s products
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Develop implement and execute channel partner programs such as trainings, webinars, newsletters, and joint marketing efforts 
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as trainings, sales, and other growth levers 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 1+ years of experience in sales with a focus on channel/partners (payroll partners preferred) 
  • Ability to leverage data to develop business plans, understand customers and market insight and analyze program effectiveness 
  • Experience cold/warm calling and building relationships 
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quota targets
  • Proven ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization 
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 20-25% annual travel

This is a remote-friendly role. Ideally, candidates will sit in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, PA, OR, OH, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI.

Compensation: $80,000 + $30,000 commission. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time. All applicants acknowledge that by applying to this position you understand that this specific pay range is contingent upon meeting the qualifications and requirements of the role, and for the successful completion of the interview selection and process. It is at the Company's discretion to determine what pay is provided to a candidate within the range associated with the role.
