What we trust you to do : 

  • Attain and sustain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint initiatives to generate demand and boost sales.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Identify and assess new channel partners to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and product, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies.
  • Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends.


What you need to succeed :

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or Channel Partner Manager experience
  • Self-sufficient and focused sales executive with strong ability to execute plans and drive revenue results
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively speaking to senior business stakeholders
  • Business level English skills required.
  • Strong relationship management skills


Great to Haves :

  • Experience in the IT Solution or SaaS Solution industry
  • Knowledge of the trade or agricultural, fisheries, and livestock industries
  • Understanding of B2B business models
