The Channel Partner Manager will be instrumental in establishing, managing, and expanding our strategic alliances with technology platforms within the Shopify Plus ecosystem, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Yotpo. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the digital commerce landscape, a proven history of cultivating successful partnerships, and a knack for driving business growth through collaboration. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship-builder who can collaborate across teams, create connections, and uncover new opportunities for TAG.
Our Shopify practice is our fastest-growing segment, and you'll be at the forefront as we invest in enhancing our capabilities. Additionally, we take pride in being the last major Shopify Enterprise agency not owned by private equity, allowing us to maintain a unique and authentic company culture.

- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue or partnership targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with Shopify and key platforms like Klaviyo and Yotpo to enhance business opportunities and drive revenue.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure partnerships align with company objectives.
- Build New Relationships: Actively seek new opportunities within the sales, account management, and customer success teams of strategic partners.
- Manage Existing Partnerships: Foster and grow relationships with current partners, ensuring they are well-nurtured and optimized.
- Track Partnership Performance: Utilize data and metrics to assess partnership success and inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay Industry-Connected: Serve as a thought leader by keeping up with industry trends, platform developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Engage with the Community: Enhance our presence on LinkedIn to elevate the agency's profile.
