The Channel Marketing Representative is responsible to engage Veeam authorized partners into co-marketing and to drive marketing campaigns through Veeam channel partners for their sustainable growth.
The Channel Marketing Representative provides advice and assistance to Veeam ProPartners on their digital marketing strategy and demand generation tactics through Veeam’s marketing automation platform (‘Veeam Marketing Center’).
The Channel Marketing Representative enables a Veeam partner on existing marketing campaigns and tactics, drives conversation to identify best matching with partner’s business plan, supports its execution and tracks results.
He/she works in close collaboration with regional Veeam channel sales and marketing teams to identify which partners to work with, what marketing actions to propose, and how to align with regional programs and goals aimed to activate partners and identify new revenue opportunities via digital marketing.
We are looking for highly motivated, proactive and result-oriented candidates with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, and a proven ability to demonstrate initiative and work within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner programs and partner marketing:
- Proactive outreach to regional partners to promote Veeam Marketing Center offerings via calls and email
- Daily assistance (Monday – Friday, working hours) to partners with marketing programs related questions, campaign execution in the Marketing Center platform and tactics support
- Conduct regular webinar series (in Spanish and English) to train partners on the platform
- Track and report all activity in system of record (Salesforce)
- Work with platform provider on bugs, fixes and platform enhancements
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly KPIs (number of active partners, number of activities, support cases)
Cooperation with Regional Channel Sales and Channel Marketing organization:
- Collaborate with Regional Channel Sales and Marketing teams to drive business objectives in region, support partner programs and leverage Marketing Center tools and resources. Act as their partner digital marketing expert
- Initiate and support regional communication, promotions and incentives
- Provide regional teams with detailed reporting, partner engagement analysis, opportunity development (where applicable)
Cooperation within own team:
- Design and create promotional materials to promote the Veeam Marketing Center and its content
- Assist with content creation, best practice documentation and webinar topics
- Provide updates, performance reports and analysis of the program
- Assist in onboarding and training of new team members, and conduct best practice training for team and internal collaborators on a regular basis
- Support with translation into Spanish of marketing assets (videos, communications, campaign assets)
About Your Education:
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, management or business administration
- Industry acknowledged certification or completed training in digital marketing is a plus
About Your Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in one of the below:
- email marketing / social media marketing / digital marketing
- remote partner management / channel sales
- marketing assistant role / agency
- Experience hitting or exceeding established targets
- Experience in B2B / IT channel sales or marketing
About Your Skills
- Fluent verbal and communication skills in English and Spanish Portuguese language is a big plus.
- Time and project management skills
- Public speaking skills and ability to engage with an audience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized, proactive and strongly self-motivated
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong problem resolution
- Knowledge of StructuredWeb and/or other marketing automation platforms including Marketo, Hubspot and similar is preferred
