What you’ll do
Act as the "lead" of Consumer Marketing for Philippines by developing the marketing plan that requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of channel marketing principles, theories and concepts. You define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the trade channel covering wholesales and other important partners, in close cooperation with sales, marcom and product marketing.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze the market dynamics based on benchmark insights on market, customer & competition.
- Identify insights, need gaps of end customers and wholesalers
- Manage the entire promoter’s (PCs) performance in the country
- Develop and execute clear channel specific strategy
- Drives portfolio optimization for a specific channel, Ability to set clear commercial terms for the channel
- Plans, executes and measures marketing activities in channel, ability to design and execute channel programs, flawless execution of new products introduction in the market, in depth understanding of merchandising, execute consumer promotions.
- Analyze distribution gaps, reach/need for partner addition and opportunities for different product portfolios
- Identifies problems in a channel performance and comes up with solutions that can mitigate the issues collaborating with relevant teams.
- Monitors new Product introductions in the market, analyze retail audit reports and plan actions basis the same.
- Measures ROI of investment done in channel marketing activations
Your qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in any combination of Trade Marketing, MarCom and Product Management
- Experience in consumer electronics / building automation / materials company
- 5+ years in customer facing position in B2C sector market, involving different go-to- market models in Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and E-Commerce
- Experience in full-cycle of promotional campaigns both in-store and off-store
- 3+ years experience in sustainable relationships with customers and partners by triggering an effective and profound dialogue with a win-win mindset (profitable solutions for all)
- Demonstrated understanding of business operations, marketing principles and management skills and techniques.
- Completed a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
