Veeam is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Coordinator with demonstrable experience in driving marketing initiatives through and to channel partners across Benelux, based in The Netherlands.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Director NorthWest, this position works closely with the Field Marketing Manager - Benelux on a day-to-day basis, as well as interacting closely with the regional partners (VARS, VASPs, VCSPs and distributors/aggregators) and partner account managers to execute on local objectives while working on the broader global strategy to strengthen Veeam's position in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a focused and experienced team within a successful and ambitious software vendor which has enjoyed double digit growth since conception in 2009.

Your tasks will include:

  • With the support of the Channel Sales Managers and the Field Marketing Manager, develop relationships with the marketing teams of nominated distributors and with platinum and gold (T1) resellers/cloud service providers to build quarterly co-marketing, PMDF, and communication plans that are aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Proactively define and make some proposal to our targeted partners related to some ‘through partner’ marketing campaigns to end-users that they could run to create pipeline and grow their Veeam business.
  • Manage and execute joint marketing activities with platinum and gold partners (T1), taking ownership from start to completion.
  • Together with the Field Marketing Manager, generate new creative campaigns in alignment with the goals to ensure channel marketing efficiency of spend.
  • Together with the Field Marketing Manager, execute local ‘to partner’ events targeting this channel network and run some new initiatives to gather this community and create connection between them.
  • Work closely with the Channel Sales Managers to ensure delivery against sales & strategic account targets, and input into the partner marketing plans.
  • Set goals and expectations and monitor the results of those channel campaigns.
  • Track ROI figures for individual partners to ensure continued investment.
  • Work closely with the Benelux Field Marketing team to ensure cohesion of activities and shared responsibilities.
  • Support partners with required information, resources, and marketing tools.
  • Manage all relevant partner funding invested into channel activities - the approval, claim and Proof of Execution (PoE) process and lead management.

What we expect from you:

  • Experienced channel marketing coordinator in a B2B technology provider.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously while effectively ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Experience with managing internal processes through different tools
  • Good understanding of the marketing mix including digital and social media technics
  • Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the company including regional and EMEA marketing teams, sales and supporting functions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high performance results in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace especially whilst under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills, able to handle tough discussions.
  • Native Dutch, fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis (depending on location, by car or public transport) in the Benelux and occasional business trips in the rest of EMEA.
