Channel Development Representative is responsible for enabling and supporting non-managed partners. This role is responsible for providing reactive assistance to all non-managed partners who contact Veeam.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for our partners (e.g. licensing support and product-related questions for Veeam products) 
  • Managing the pipeline flow from these partners by registering Deals within our 48-hour SLA
  • Enrolling and activating new partners who request to join the Veeam ProPartner Network
  • Aligning with other team members, such as Distribution Managers (field or Inside), to efficiently and optimally manage partner inquiries
  • Developing strong working knowledge of Veeam software products and the benefits they offer to potential and existing partners
  • Driving adoption of the ProPartner Portal and Partner University
  • Leveraging long-term partnership through ad-hoc activities (e.g. reactivation campaigns on call-out days)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Fluent German & English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
  • A passion for and a willingness to learn about our products and services
