Join our dynamic Channel Sales Organization here at Mimecast. We are looking for a high-performing team player who is customer-centric, accountable, and consistently strives for success. This is a remote position based in Arizona.

What You'll Do

  • Build comprehensive go-to-market business plans with identified focus partners, primarily Insight.
  • Align the sales organization through targeted demand generation and alignment activities.
  • Drive resources to provide enablement activities at both the Sales and SE levels.
  • Foster executive alignment with partner stakeholders.
  • Collaborate internally with Quota Bearing Reps and Sales Leadership to drive toward common goals.
  • Accurately forecast partner opportunities in conjunction with direct sales teams.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SE organization, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations, and legal) to deliver a world-class experience for partners.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success in technology or channel sales.
  • Preferred BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong management skills for enterprise and partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of the regional partner landscape and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to develop effective Go To Market plans.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions, especially SaaS.
  • Ability to travel to regional partners for events and meetings.
