Job Title: Channel Account Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Channel Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients through various channels, initiate contact, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. This role involves developing channel strategies, optimizing partner programs, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize partner programs.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective channel management and partnership development.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in channel account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful channel strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail and hospitality industry..
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
