Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Change Coordinator. This role involves leading change management efforts by assessing stakeholder readiness, anticipating project impacts, and developing communication strategies to support transitions. Responsibilities include consulting project teams, coordinating communication plans, and assisting in training initiatives to ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:
- Assess change readiness of affected individuals and identify key stakeholders.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned projects to anticipate change impacts.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of key communications for items such as fact sheets, internal communication and business initiatives.
- Serve as the change management lead by consulting and coaching project teams.
- Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and assisting in the design and delivery of training programs related to initiatives that might impact user workflows, be a change in philosophy or requires additional support from a communication or training standpoint.
- Coordinate and implement project communication plans.
- Ensure alignment with company policies established by Senior Management.
- Collaborate with associates at all levels and amongst varying departments within the Company.
- Maintain punctual attendance according to an assigned work schedule at a Company-approved location.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or direct equivalent experience
- Ability to read, interpret and react to documents such as policies, manuals, forms, and endorsements to understand their meaning and use on a basic level
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms
- Ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to maintain confidentially and data security
- Ability to assemble information, develop opinions, and clearly express decisions using sound reasoning and judgement
- Demonstrates innovativeness and continually seeks more efficient ways to process and handle work.
