About the role
Our Centre Assessment Lead, Gemma is looking for a dynamic professional who is interested in supporting us with assessment administration, compliance, processes and operations on our CIPD programmes.
Equally importantly, you will align with our organisational values, which were defined by our people for our people, clients, learners, and partners.
What you’ll do
• Support with the weekly assessment allocation for Foundation, Associate and Advanced CIPD programmes. Checking all SLA’s are met for marking turnarounds.
• Support with the weekly IQA allocation for Foundation, Associate and Advanced CIPD programmes.
• Assist with the monitoring and actioning of allocated script issues.
• Support with assessment system processes and training (Rogo)
• Support line manager with development of up-to-date training materials for assessment processes and functionality of associated systems.
• Administer all standardisation related tasks for Foundation, Associate and Advanced levels. Such as planning, documentation and distribution of actions.
• Assist with the planning of the ODLE’s and record all administration in relation to this task.
• Assist with the Quality and Retake HubSpot queues daily, providing learners with timely and valued responses.
• General administration/correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with wider teams where necessary.
• Participate in Continual Professional Development (CPD)
Other:
• Familiarisation of processes undertaken by the assessment, and operations team
What we’re looking for
• Experience of assessment processes in an educational setting
• CIPD qualified (at Level 3) or working towards
• Experience in an admin related role
• Prior experience of supporting programmes online would be desirable
• Knowledge and experience of using systems such as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), Rogo (desirable), HubSpot (desirable)
