Role and Responsibilities
• Maintain database of clients by introducing a client’s profile and updates;
• Prepare monthly reports;
• Support sellers by providing feedback on the results of the market;
• Responsible for Sales administrative documentation, following the internal procedures to obtain proper contract database;
• Liaise with the commercial and marketing department and with others departments of the company related business issues;
• Analysis and study of the market, competitors, trends, customer satisfaction;
• Connects with finance & procurement responsible people, participate to finance meetings and updates the team as per project needs.
• Collaborate with creative agency in order to develop comprehensive communication materials and innovative fixture displays for the stores.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business or marketing field
• Experience working with MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as a minimum;
• High level of proficiency in English
• Problem solving mindset and analytical skills
• Project management knowledge could be a plus
