We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team and help us solve complex customer challenges, investigate technical issues, and support our continuous improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
What you should have:

• 5 years of C&B experience or similar experience - knowledge in sales compensation - advantage
• Global and public company experience is required
• Proven experience working with compensation surveys
• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs
• Excellent analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English & Hebrew
