- Desarrollar, formular y entregar estrategias de abastecimiento para cada categoría, comprendiendo los impulsores, las fuerzas del mercado y los desafíos de cada región del país.
- Determinar, acordar y mejorar los requisitos contractuales/Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) con los proveedores para cumplir con las especificaciones de servicio y cumplir con los objetivos comerciales.
- Apoyar al equipo de compras y operaciones en cada región para realizar revisiones y análisis de mercado que ayuden a identificar posibles nuevos proveedores y/o soluciones
- Liderar negociaciones a nivel de grupo.
- Asegurar asociaciones sostenibles con proveedores estratégicos.
- Gestión de RFI/RFQ y contratos.
- Desarrollar nuevas categorías para expandir la oferta de compras.
- Alinear la estrategia con las partes interesadas clave
- Comunicar, cooperar e involucrar a las partes interesadas relevantes para impulsar la estrategia general.
- Apoyar y promover activamente la función de compras del Grupo.
- Trabajar estrechamente con Gerentes de Operaciones, Finanzas y Compras para optimizar la gestión del rendimiento de los proveedores.
- Limpieza y enriquecimiento de datos de proveedores y gastos.
- Asegurar la implementación de KPI para monitorear el rendimiento
- Responsable del logro del presupuesto.
