Job Description
As the Cash Office Responsible/ Store Controller, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience

Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required

Processing and banking daily sales

Inputting payroll
-
Taking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operations

Receiving and processing deliveries

Overseeing store operations
-
Replenishment
-
Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers
Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge

You understand what makes a great customer experience

Prior retail or customer-facing experience

Fluent in Spanish and conversational English

Previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage
