Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
The Cash Collections Analyst will be responsible for Accounts Receivable related tasks including but not limited to:

  • Collections, customers disputes, query resolutions, invoice submission, accounts reconciliations, investigation of past due balances for payment resolution, dunning letters, statements of account submission and reporting.
  • Maintaining constant communication with customers via email or phone to ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner and minimize past due accounts.
  • Provide clear communications to customers and internal departments on collections and AR related issues.
  • Proactively follow up on invoice status, while enforcing collections policies, processes and procedures to ensure all receivables are collected within terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for AR and collections related matters as required.
  • Customer account maintenance of relevant and accurate records, while ensuring all internal policies and SOX controls are followed.
  • Participate in Accounts Receivable and Finance projects, including UAT and system testing, with relevant teams Globally as the company continues to grow and develop.
  • Working closely with the Finance organization and other internal departments in monthly and quarterly closing tasks, including but not limited to completing Reports, GL reconciliations and Journal entries.
  • Perform other AR related duties as assigned by manager.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, to include 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • MS Office proficiency (advanced excel skills desired)
  • SAP knowledge desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, collections, cash application and invoicing.
  • Familiar with collections and credit policies and procedures.
  • Ability to identify and solve AR related issues while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member within a fast-paced global work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, approachable and able to properly communicate with customers and internal departments.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, deadline driven, excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required.
  • Continuously improve processes.
  • Mindset of efficiency, creativity and a positive problem solving approach.
  • Willingness to get the job done with a can do attitude.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $73,800 - $114,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
