- Direct responsibility for managing payment process
- Accurate and timely payment based on defined internal rules
- Direct responsibility for daily cash posting of designated companies
- Prepares daily cash applications package, ensuring all cash is posted to correct companies

- Ensure accurate payment to suppliers and employees are made on time and in a number of different currencies
- Knowledge of the payment process
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of customer payments, credits, refunds and adjustments
- Timely communication of un-reconciled items to relevant departments
- Accurate and timely posting and reconciliation in Cash management of suppliers payments
- Accurate and timely posting and reconciliation of customers payments, credits, refunds and adjustments
- Accurate creation of miscellaneous activities as instructed by Accounting Manager
- Assist on Cash & Cash in transit account reconciliation and any other relevant Month-end activities
- Assist on any other relevant Month-end activities
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Experience Requirements:
- High School/University degree in business administration, finance
- 3-5 years´ experience in finance department is welcomed
- Knowledge of specific accounting process - AP is a plus
- SAP experience is a plus
- MS Office (especially Excel)
- Advanced active knowledge of English and other language is a plus
- Very good communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace team environment
