Job Description
Project Background:
We are taking over a mid-flight product development effort from another partner. The solution that the other partner and Google developed has a heavy integration/dependency on Camunda for workflow management and process automation. In order for our team to be able to develop the agreed-to product at speed, our team requires a hands-on SME to guide/advise on Camunda capabilities/limitations.
The Role:
The Camunda SME will be a critical member of our development team for 2-3 months, providing in-depth expertise and hands-on assistance to accelerate product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and document Camunda's capabilities, potential limitations, and best practices for optimal use.
- Assist development team in analyzing existing complex workflows designed within Camunda. Suggest improvements and optimizations as needed.
- Provide hands on support and documented recommendations for seamless integration of Camunda with the Spring Boot and Angular technology stack.
- Mentor and train developers, enhancing their Camunda skills and understanding.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or bottlenecks arising from Camunda usage.
- Overall hands on support and collaboration with product and development team on project delivery.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with the Camunda BPM platform. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0
- Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing complex workflows within Camunda.
- Strong knowledge of integrating Camunda with Spring Boot and Angular applications.
- Excellent communication skills to both effectively guide developers and collaborate within a team environment.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding efficient solutions.
Desired Skills (Bonus):
- Public sector experience
- Experience with payroll, tax/wage, unemployment and/or insurance products
- Experience with DMN (Decision Model and Notation)
- Understanding of Google cloud-based deployments
