About you and this role
We are looking for you, an ambitious Master’s or Bachelor’s (last year) student, to support our Integrated Supply Chain Team by doing an internship project in Supply Chain or Logistics Operations for our location in Terneuzen, the Netherlands.

The ISC organization in Terneuzen is a department of more than 700 employees responsible for the strategic initiatives, operations management, and coordination of all European logistics flows via Road, Rail, Marine Liquids, Marine Packed Cargo and Intermodal including storage and distribution via Warehouses and Bulk Terminals. Our teams collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement and Finance, giving you the ideal opportunity to experience logistics on a large scale.

The ISC organization in Terneuzen is a department of more than 700 employees responsible for the strategic initiatives, operations management, and coordination of all European supply chain and the logistics flows via various modes and distribution via warehouses and bulk terminals.
Responsibilities
Your internship will be jointly created so it will fit your interests and educational needs, and could be within Supply Chain Planning/Improvement or Logistics Road, Rail, Marine Liquids and Terminals, Marine Packed Cargo or Warehousing.
Focus areas could be sustainability, digitalization or Dow’s End to End Process focusing on logistics challenges.

Qualifications
- You are currently studying for a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field

- You have a good verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are eager on identifying and driving opportunities for (future) improvements
- You can communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Talent for data interpretation, problem-solving and improvement mindset
- You are organized and pro-active
- You collaborate well in a team well as independent
- Motivated to take ownership and accountability
Additional notes
- You can start between March and April 2025 for a period of 5-6 months (exact timing to be discussed).
