Campaign Trade Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Campaign Trade Assistant to join our Buying team here at Harrods.
About the Role
The Campaign Trade Assistant supports the seamless delivery of seasonal trade campaigns by maintaining campaign calendars, coordinating operational meetings, and ensuring timely sign-offs through Gate processes. This role plays a vital part in compiling performance metrics, generating reports, and collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure aligned execution across all touchpoints.
Other key responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining and updating the Campaign Trade Calendar to align with seasonal trade opportunities.
- Supporting with the preparation of Gate Documents and coordinate Gate Meetings for campaign approvals.
- Organising and attending weekly operations meetings, tracking progress and action items.
- Assisting in executing the Campaign Trade Planning (CTP) framework to ensure efficient campaign workflows.
- Maintaining and updating range plans ahead of product launches.
- Collaborating with Buyers, Planners, and Insights teams to track campaign performance metrics.
- Preparing and presenting reports on sales performance, stock levels, and trade effectiveness.
- Maintaining reporting documentation to support decision-making.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be an organised, proactive, and collaborative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving seamless campaign execution. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, you will bring strong administrative skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
You will also:
- Bring previous experience in a retail, marketing, or trade planning role (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience using reporting tools a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Will be required to travel; possibly overseas
