The Role: 

Campaign Specialists will be responsible for ensuring seamless production workflow within the team. Campaign Specialists are a crucial link between team members, clients, and the Production Services Manager, facilitating efficient campaign production and client management. The CS role encompasses various functions including: production builds, quality review, client management, and administrative tasks. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Responsible for flawless campaign production of assigned mailing creation that is accurate and efficiently configured for deployment per the client's Campaign Request Form (CRF) instructions including the following:

    • Manages building and testing of campaign builds, including creative rendering, link resolution, filter set-ups and dynamic content versioning

    • Implement and validate all imports and data loads for mailings are completed and correct

    • Manages communications with questions regarding mailings (with the client and team), receipt of assets, timing of tests and final mailing details

    • Pulls and analyzes standard reports from the application

  • Assists in creating client documentation as processes are established and updated

  • Provides exceptional quality assurance of mailings through each step of production (QA, UAT and Prod)

  • Monitors campaigns post deployment

  • Assists in building new dynamic content assets for mailings, as requested

  • Reports to CM and Pod Leader on any platform bugs found during Implementation and testing

  • May deliver platform training or accelerator/coaching sessions as a SME, when the context requires it

 

Ideal Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in email and digital marketing

  • Experience working with email testing tools (Email on Acid, Litmus)

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge on HTML, Javascript, CSS, and SQL

  • Experience with projects and communication platforms (Asana, JIRA, Basecamp)

  • Active command of the English language required
     

Nice to Have: 

  • Hands on experience with email marketing platforms
