What you need to know about this position:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RGM Specialist to lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda for Central America and the Caribbean (Caricam). This is a high-impact role requiring a self-starter with strong business acumen, leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
These are some of your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Price Pack Architecture E2E Process & opportunity identification in line with consumer, shopper & trade insights, through a crossfunctional agenda with Marketing, I&A & Sales. (New Sizes, Resizings, innovations etc)
  • Responsible for all pricing process execution (Managing calendar, approval process and SAP workflow, communication and upload to IBP 360)
  • Run and analyze Smart pricing tool at a Country, Channel, Region and customer level for all Mdlz portfolio to bring insights that help creating and evaluate commercial plans.
  • Analyze current Pricing & Elasticity performance vs Category and main competitors (Price tracking and Elasticity tracking)
  • Identify the set of possible choices and plans on pricing, PPA and Mix management changes to drive net revenue growth and profit.
  • Run and analyze RGM tools for Promo Optimization and Trade Terms Structure at a Country, Channel, Region, and customer level for all Mdlz portfolio to bring insights that help creating and evaluate commercial plans.
  • Gather commercial insights by working closely to Channel (MT & TT) specialist supporting detailed activity grid creation or modification.
  • Capture and document commercial learnings (with analytics structure) to run local performance management tools and nourish RGM and trade mkt plans.

  • Lead Pricing Strategy: Own the end-to-end pricing process, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right price.
  • Optimize Promotional Investments: Evaluate and refine promotional strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven insights.
  • Leverage Analytical Tools: Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, and automation to transform data into actionable business stories.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with Trade, Commercial Finance, and Sales teams to drive alignment and deliver impactful results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidently navigate senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and move agendas forward.


Education / Certifications:
Job specific requirements:

  • +4 years of experience in revenue, financial or trade marketing related positions.
  • Advanced English
  • Commercial & Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of P&L management, commercial strategies, and financial principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data automation tools.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Proactive & Autonomous: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Drive & Initiative: Demonstrates a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering results.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in the consumer goods industry.
