Your role in our future

We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key customer segments to drive engagement and meet business goals across high-value accounts.

  • Collaborate with campaign managers, demand generation, SDR, and sales teams to create and optimize cross-sell and prospect campaigns.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, and events, ensuring alignment with account objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, reporting on key metrics like engagement and conversions.
  • Partner with content creators to produce customized materials, including email sequences and landing pages, tailored to account-specific needs.
  • Develop lead nurturing strategies to guide customers through the funnel using marketing automation tools.
  • Plan and manage events (webinars, roundtables, meetings) to maximize engagement.
  • Share insights with sales teams to enhance the sales process and improve close rates.


Your profile

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing trends, direct marketing, and best practices.
  • Experience shaping messaging and content for diverse customer segments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Proficient in multi-channel campaign execution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn ads, Canva, Drupal).
  • Basic skills in HTML, CMS, and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.

This position has a salary range of:

$58,100.00 - $87,200.00
