As a Kiavi Campaign Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving targeted and broad growth campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, social media, and direct mail. You will be responsible for the execution and reporting of multichannel campaigns to generate leads, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. You will need to bring creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset to the role!
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
- Lead end-to-end campaign workflows, including creative briefings, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Oversee always-on campaign and targeted efforts to maintain consistent engagement and lead generation.
- Deploy pilot initiatives and tests to explore new growth opportunities and improve customer acquisition.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, social media, paid media, and events.
- Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance data to identify insights, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and FP&A, to align campaigns with objectives.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted and broad growth marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social media, and direct mail channels.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution, analysis, and optimization.
- Develop compelling campaign assets, including copy, and messaging, and collaborate with creative teams to create visuals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Test and iterate on campaigns to identify the most effective tactics and channels for achieving growth objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all campaign touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study preferred.
- Experience in managing integrated, multi-channel, marketing programs and have worked closely with in-house creative and cross-functional partners.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset with a passion for targeting key audiences and driving leads/opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Ability to understand data, derive impactful insights, and analyze opportunities.
- Excellent communicator (both verbally & written)
- Familiarity with creating clear KPIs and measuring the success of campaigns through the funnel.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, SalesOps, BizOps, Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and FP&A
- Working knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, Hubspot, and more.

Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The expected annualized base pay range for this full-time role to be performed remotely is $83,000 to $120,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. - Remote Work Policy: Kiavi supports working remotely for day to day activities for most roles and occasionally may ask employees to gather in person for key meetings, trainings, team building etc. For remote workers, Kiavi offers a one-time office setup reimbursement of up to $500 and a monthly $85 stipend for internet and phone expenses. For in-office workers, Kiavi offers employer contributions to commuter benefits account, either for parking or public transportation.
- Flexible Time Off: Employees are empowered to manage their own time off, with no strict limits, as long as it's approved by their manager.
- Paid Leaves: Up to 8 weeks of paid leave for medical or caregiver purposes, and 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave. Short-term disability leave is also available for birthing mothers.
- 401(k) & Company Match: A 401(k) plan managed by Fidelity, with Kiavi matching 100% of contributions up to 3% of compensation or $6,000 (whichever is less). All employer contributions are immediately vested.
