We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will oversee and manage our marketing campaigns from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve our business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise.
You will:
- Help develop and maintain quarterly and annual marketing campaign plans.
- Receive briefs from multiple stakeholders and conceptualize marketing campaigns to acquire leads, retain customers, and drive upselling.
- Define campaign objectives, messaging, content, channels, and asset deliverables.
- Brief, coordinate, and oversee the work of internal field and corporate marketing teams, as well as external agencies, including creative, content, advertising, social media, marketing automation, analytics, and other team members needed for campaign execution.
- Manage the procedure, implementation, timeline, and delivery of assets needed for campaign launch and ongoing optimization.
- Work and organize campaign projects using internal project management tools.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of campaigns.
- Analyze and communicate program performance to key internal partners, including marketing leadership and sales, and work to optimize those programs.
- Work closely with regional marketing, product marketing, business development, and sales team members.
- Assist with internal communication to ensure all field and regional marketing, product, and sales teams understand the campaign plan, objectives, messaging, and asset timelines.

- Education Level: You hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Experience: You have preferably 4 years of experience in the same or similar roles.
- Special Skills: You possess excellent knowledge of English, a strong understanding of the sales process, and are proficient with information tools.
- Special Conditions: You have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, a desire for continuous improvement, and a creative and logical approach to problem-solving. Your excellent communication skills, innovation, and analytical skills set you apart.
