The Acquisition department is looking for a creative and results driven marketing professional to join our team. The Campaign Coordinator executes and implements direct mail acquisition marketing programs across multiple magazine brands. This position will also aid the department director in analyzing financial performance for each campaign, executing and evaluating marketing tests, and monitoring costs and developing recommendations for program improvement. In addition, the Campaign Coordinator may be asked to assist in special projects.

Essential Job Functions | Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results

  • Develop and execute marketing programs in collaboration with internal groups at Dotdash Meredith. Coordinates and executes multiple direct mail campaigns. Manages campaign process including schedules, creative process, materials, and operation details.
  • Budgeting, Reporting and Analysis: With the assistance of the department director, monitors budget/forecast projections, ensuring appropriate tracking and financial efficiencies. Also assists in preparation, reporting and analysis of campaigns to determine future plans and profitability.
  • Work with external vendors and partners.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.

Experience:

  • Analytical aptitude and ability to make logical decisions.
  • Time management & planning skills.
  • Ability to coordinate large amounts of complex details.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable with reading and writing formulas.

This position is a Hybrid position and will require 3 days in office.
