About the Role:
The Camera team plays a key role in providing competitive AI products for Motive. The camera system intern will have a chance to be involved with the latest Motive product design that supports business growth. You will report to the EE manager with a great mentor by our senior Camera Lead. You will collaborate with internal hardware teams, hardware partners, and cross-functional teams internally and externally.
This role will be required to work in our Neihu, Taipei office, providing 32 hours of service/week (Monday to Friday).
What You’ll Do:

Work with engineers to test the image/video quality of our products.

Help to improve the efficiency of benchmark and efficiency by developing the test scripts and automation.

Data collection for AI model training and AI model evaluation.

Support the field tests of our camera products.

Help to improve the automatic testing system of the camera lab.

Skill development for image processing and ISP tuning.
What We’re Looking For:

Senior year undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate in electrical/computer science/color science/photonic or other engineering related fields.

Basic knowledge of optoelectrical / electrical / image processing / color science concepts and tools (e.g. Python, Imatest, photoshop / lightroom, and lab equipment like oscilloscopes, power supply).

Some experience in photography and video editing is a plus, but not required.

Strong interest in hands-on experience and learning about testing complex systems.

Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior engineers.

Experience in 3D CAD tools or Arduino/Raspberry PI for projects would be a plus.
