On-Call Consumer Affairs Specialist
On call average 3-5 day/month, daytime hours.
Flexible, "on call" Consumer Affairs Specialist part time position handling consumer contacts via phone, email and live chat educating consumers on dairy products and recipes. Looking for someone with a customer service mindset and a high levels of empathy, patience and professionalism. A passion for baking and cooking is a bonus.
Ability to accurately enter data and work with multiple computer applications required. Some in person training required in Arden Hills, MN (Initial and ongoing trainings are in person so candidates should reside within reasonable drive of the Arden Hills office. Most day-to-day work is done remotely.) All training time is paid. Once training completed, remote work option available. (Average 3-5 day/month, daytime hours.)
Requirements:
Education: BA/BS in Consumer Studies, Business, Food Science or Food related field preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years’ experience as consumer relations representative or similar service work experience.
Technical Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; comfortable working with multiple computer systems, social media familiarity.
Salary: 18.50/hr
