Location: Quorum Business Park, Benton Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne
Role type: permanent: 37.5 hours a week
Work shift: Mon-Sun (5 on 2 OFF)
Salary: £14,000 – £20,000 OTE (£12,500 fixed + uncapped commissions)

What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key part in finding top talent for our growing sales team. From sourcing candidates over the phone to guiding them through the recruitment process, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to recruit the best talent.
- Engage via phone calls with applicants who’ve expressed interest in our sales roles—introduce them to Verisure, assess their suitability, and excite them about the opportunity
- Utilize our AI-powered CRM to easily invite candidates to interview with their future managers across the country
- Keep the momentum going! We receive a lot of applications, and we aim to answer every application!
- Bring fresh ideas to improve our processes and make Verisure stand out as a top employer.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals with:
- A drive for success, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong English communication skills and GCSEs (A-C or 9-4)
- A team-player mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A DBS check will be conducted (fully covered by us) before your start date.
