We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market and give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to easily and efficiently order goods from factories in China, with plans to include India, Bangladesh, Turkey, and others in the future.

Now JoomPro is launching a new direction in Mexico and we are looking for a Project Manager to manage and set up processes in the call center there.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage call center operators
- Monitor and evaluate operators' calls for quality assurance
- Conduct general and one-on-one meetings
- Prepare and analyze reports to improve efficiency and operations
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Fluency in Russian, English and Spanish
- Experience in a leadership position will be an advantage
