As the CAE Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop, optimize, and refine processes to ensure precise and efficient simulations, with a focus on crash testing and occupant safety.
  • Perform detailed engineering simulations, including crashworthiness, impact analysis, and safety system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations align with crash test protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on tools and best practices, specifically related to crash analysis and occupant protection.
  • Manage CAE projects from start to finish, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and reporting results to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of simulation processes, ensuring robust and reliable outcomes for crash testing scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in the 3DExperience platform.
  • Extensive experience with CAE and software, including Hypermesh, ANSA, LS-DYNA, and other tools used in crash testing and occupant safety simulations.
  • Proven experience in crash testing, impact analysis, and occupant safety simulations, including seatbelt, airbag, and structural integrity assessments.
  • Strong skills in automating updates, conducting simulations, and analyzing results for crashworthiness and vehicle safety.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and effectively communicate progress across teams.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
