The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to perform Project controller tasks in multidiscipline Team. Your role will consist of:

Support team on Spares and Repairs orders: planning , deadlines, manages and/or supports the lead-time, the cost, selling prices, and timely delivery to the customer.

Provide pricing/quotations to customer related to Spares and Repairs

Develops schedules according to requirements and in concert with standard planning practices

Receives, from Customers/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.

Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs

Analyses information to define and resolve problems pertaining to spares and Repairs management
-
Review and highlight cost discrepancies to his/her GL based on initial estimates and actuals.

Expedite and follow up on all Spares and Repairs

Escalate items that will not meet Service Agreements and customer requirements

Update information in databases according to the plan/revised plan

Participates and supports special projects related to improvement initiatives

Preferred Education
Pursuing College’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline, 3rd or 4th year completed.
Location of the internship is in Montreal, QC.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
