The Opportunity

Join a team of hard-working individuals crafting an outstanding BYOD environment at Adobe.

What you'll Do

· Design, implement, and manage BYOD policies and procedures using Microsoft Intune ensuring secure and efficient use of personal devices within Adobe's network.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine BYOD requirements and integrate them with existing IT infrastructure.

· Provide technical support and mentorship to employees, ensuring a seamless and trouble-free user experience.

· Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate employees on BYOD standard methodologies and security measures.

· Monitor and analyze BYOD system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to maintain efficient functionality.

· Stay updated with the latest BYOD trends, technologies, and security threats to continuously improve our BYOD strategy.

What you need to succeed

· Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of practical experience.

· Proven experience in managing and supporting BYOD environments in a corporate setting.

· Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune mobile device management and security protocols.

· Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement effective solutions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on inclusivity and teamwork.

· Ability to strictly follow company policies and industry standard methodologies to maintain a secure and compliant BYOD environment.

· Ambitious and proactive attitude, with a drive to compete and excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,300 -- $211,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
