Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic startup? As a Buyer, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless buying experience for our customers. You will be responsible for executing procurement processes efficiently, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring optimal order profitability. Working closely with suppliers, senior buyers, and internal teams, you will help drive procurement success while developing valuable supply chain expertise. As our company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us!
What You’ll Do
- Execute orders with GSE independently, ensuring quality, speed, accuracy, and competitive pricing to enhance the customer experience.
- Implement value engineering strategies to maximize order profitability and success.
- Support team leads or senior buyers with additional procurement and administrative tasks when required.
- Effectively communicate procurement issues to upper management or senior buyers.
- Consistently meet performance targets and key KPIs.
- Follow established procurement processes and proactively recommend improvements.

What You Must Be

What You’ll Need
- 2-3 years of experience in an entry-level procurement role (Junior Buyer or similar).
- Experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
- College degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (asset).
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and French (an asset).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
